Cash donations may be included with mail-in submissions (in a leak-proof bag/container to avoid sample contamination) or donations can be sent online (see below)

We recommend a $5 donation per submitted sample to cover the materials used in each test. Feel free to increase the amount (using the quantity box) for multiple samples.
